Instocks and Preorders


Instock items ready to be sent out or collected.
Items are of a first-pay-first-get basis. If no minimum deposit is made, item remains on sale.

Preorder items will take 3-4 weeks to ship after all orders are collated.

Buyers are to pay for their preorders before their orders are collected.
If items are out of stock, a refund will be made promptly.



Mailing and Shipping

All prices quoted are in SGD and are exclusive of shipping/mailing fees.

We're located in Singapore but we do ship overseas*(please ask for shipping rates)
*Due to expensive shipping rates, we only ship overseas for 10-16piece orders.
ONLY PAYMENT via paypal accepted for overseas shipping.


Mailing prices are as quoted:
Normal mail: 1-2 items $1.50
                         3-4 items $2.50
                         5-9 items $3.30

Normal mailing rates quoted are for apparels.
Mails exceeding 2kg is subjected to Singpost Speedpost rates (please ask for mailing rates) :)

Registered mail: Normal mail + $2.24
(registered mail is recommended as a tracking number will be given to you by Singpost to track your mail)

Self collection of items available at our convenience. Contact us for further details.
$1.50 is charged for transportation. So why self-collect when it's the same price as postage? :)


Payment methods

There are 2 payment methods accepted:

1. POSB bank transfer (which is highly recommended)

2. Paypal (however buyers will have to bear paypal charges which is 3.4% of the total amount +$0.50 transferred)


An invoice will be sent to you within 24hour after placement of orders. Please make your payment within 2days after invoice is received.
If you're unable to do so, please email us if not, items will remain on sale.

If in any case we fail to mail/hand over goods to the buyer, a refund will be made via bank transfer to buyer's account.



Exchange policies

Items purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangable.

It can only be exchanged/refunded if item sent is different from the item(s) buyers ordered.

We ensure all our goods are of good condition and quality before sending them out.

Any damage due to postage is regrettable. Thank you for understanding.
